He is extremely honest, knowledgeable, communicates clearly, will answer all your questions, cleans up thoroughly and is very reasonably priced for high quality plumbing repairs. On top of it he has a pleasant attitude and will be very carefully not to dirty up your floors or house

I called Plumbing Rooter and Repair and he was professional and gave me an honest assessment and honest price for my job. He was also very informative regarding many plumbing maintenance tips around my house. He cleaned up well and was very quick and efficient in his work. I would highly recommend this plumber and definitely use him again!!!!

Cissy was phenomenal! The dispatcher let us know 30 mins before arrival, and we had the technician's information texted to us beforehand so we knew who was coming inside. He was informative, considerate, and fast. I will recommend Plumbing Rooter and Repair and Cissy to anyone who appreciates wonderful work ethic, kind heartedness and skill.

Plumbing Rooter and Repair recently repaired a failed hot water heater for me and brought all the plumbing up to code! After the repair, I called my serviceman with a question, he came out within 2 hrs the same day, found another unrelated issue that was leaking from an upstairs unit into the lower unit, and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it no charge! This is so rare in service related businesses and I was so grateful for his skill, integrity and generosity! This is a quality company!
