As it was known throughout the years, the McPhee-McGinnity Mansion was purchased in 1981 as a social and corporate event site. A complete and thorough restoration took place adding an expansive grand ballroom allowing the mansion to host up to 300 guests. The rooftop patio above the ballroom accommodates an additional 120 guests, highlighting a backdrop of City Park and Denver?s weather in the warmer months.
