The Army Distaff Foundation provides financial assistance to those in need, ensuring that no eligible person is denied residency. Located in northwest Washington, D.C., Knollwood has four levels of care: independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing care, and the Special Care Center for individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia.
