Daddio's Drive In is a family-run business with humble beginnings. Formerly known simply as "The Drive In", Daddio's has a long-standing history in the Milaca area.
Craig Anson began his BBQ journey almost 20 years ago, starting out by setting up All You Can Eat BBQ feeds for friends and family. His smoked brisket and teriyaki-flavored chicken soon became favorites. Craig's BBQ also quickly became a favorite at the yearly Foley Fun Days festival.
From 2007 to 2015, Daddio's BBQ & Catering was the contracted food vendor for Journey Home in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota.
In the summer of 2012, Craig and Nancy's son, Curtis, initiated "Daddio's BBQ 4 Lunch" in Foley, MN. All summer long, Daddio's provided some of Craig's best BBQ for the Foley community.
In 2012, Craig and Nancy Anson came across an opportunity to bring back the locally famous Drive In to the community of Milaca, MN. Nancy (Ekberg), having been born and raised in the Milaca area, recalls fond memories of dining at the Drive In as a child with her family, and has thoroughly enjoyed ??connecting with friends and family while working at Daddio's.
Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, Daddio's Drive In provides quality, traditional diner-style food with a friendly smile. We have made it our mission to offer family dining in a welcoming atmosphere and to be a staple in the Milaca Community.
