Rice Backhoe and Septic Cleaning Service Inc. is very efficient. They are very quick to arrive when you call them and they do a very good job. They are courteous and they clean up after themselves. The workers are extremely nice. I have recommended them to my whole neighborhood.

We needed someone to install three 130', 4" conduit runs. Chris provided the trenching diagram for permits, made excavating look easy (and fun), ran the sleeves and made everything level and clean for concrete. He even helped trace sewer lines with a snake inspection camera for a future project. He's knowledgeable and an overall joy to work with. We will definitely call him for our future needs.

Our experience today with Rice Backhoe and Septic Cleaning Service Inc was wonderful! What went from a gurgle, to a full blown sewage backup, and back was thoroughly checked and rechecked by the great tech that came out on a "soon as possible" and very prompt basis today! He went above and beyond to make sure we understood the issues we were having, and explained to us (totally septic tank rookies) how the whole thing worked! We will for sure be repeat customers if the need arrises and of course for our regular maintenance!

Look no further for Septic Services. I called Chris to schedule an appointment to have my septic tank pumped. He was very courteous and professional, and said that he could put me on the schedule for the next day. The price was in line with the 2 other septic companies that I had hired in the past. However, the level of customer service that I received from Rice Backhoe and Septic Cleaning Service blew the other companies out of the water.

Admirable work from these pros. We recently moved to a new house that was out of a septic system and we have to install one within a tight budget. They gave us a free estimate and they patiently walked us through the whole process so we were knowledgeable of what was happening. Highly recommended!
