Neurofeedback is an all natural approach to stabilizing the brain, and by doing so, can alleviate conditions like anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorder and post traumatic stress disorder. It is a type of biofeedback, a process whereby electronic monitoring of a normally automatic bodily function is used to train someone to acquire voluntary control of that function.
