We live close to the creek in Zilker in an apartment complex. our upstairs neighbors dishwasher leaked while he was away at work. we came home from work to discover water and other mess all over our kitchen from a hole in the ceiling. it was a disaster. Our neighbor finally got home and got his stuff together, called the insurance who contacted this restoration company. long story short, this restoration company was NOT hired by us but WAS in our apartment for a lengthy period of time. every interaction with this company was fantastic, from the first polite knock on our door to the repeated answers to our many questions -and for being approachable to our shy dogs. thank you! we have your card if we need you in the future.
