During our first meeting, we?ll discuss your goals, expectations and address any questions or concerns you may have about the process. Typically, we?ll meet on a weekly basis starting out. Many times, after clients make progress, they move to meeting every other week, then every month, then graduate from counseling. For career counseling and job search coaching, clients typically have a range of 1-8 sessions, depending on their needs.
