It was a pleasure working with Luis and Madiri's Construction LLC. Luis listens and addresses our concerns and preferences, and also offers great advice as he is an expert at building and remodeling homes with many years of experience. Luis is a nice and easy-going guy who gets the job done in a timely fashion. He takes pride in his work and he and his crew were all friendly and upbeat. We did a complete remodel of kitchen and bathrooms in our 3/4 century old home. Luis is detail-oriented and thoroughly inspects everything to make sure it is done right and done well. We are very happy with our beautifully remodeled home and enjoying it very much. Would be happy to recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade and update their house. Luis is a standout! I recently had an urgent need to do some work on my condo and was concerned about doing it in the time of Covid-19.
Thankfully, I was referred to Madrid's Construction LLC. Luis scheduled an appointment, was prompt and complied with Luis social distancing regulations.
Just as he promised, I received a very professional and thorough proposal from him shortly. Although his company was very busy, he made sure the job was scheduled and I was kept in the loop.

They did a much better job than the painters I hired in 2015. They were very professional and explained the work process and answered all of my questions from the estimate to the end stage. They provided their own scaffolding so that made their price much better. The staff was very professional and they cleaned up well after they finished the job.
