Since graduating from Stanford Law School in 1981, Seattle Criminal Attorney Craig Platt has represented thousands of clients charged with serious crimes. Craig has represented clients on every type of criminal case, ranging from Murder to Shoplifting.
He has tried over one hundred jury trials, obtaining excellent results for his clients. He has served as a Chief Prosecutor, Chief Public Defender and President of the Washington Defender Association and has been recognized as one of the best criminal defense lawyers in Washington State.
Mimi Buescher is a skilled divorce lawyer, focusing her practice on all aspects of family law, including dissolution, parenting plans (child custody), spousal support, parentage actions, paternity, temporary orders and all other aspects of family law practice.
In addition to being a tenacious litigator, she also works collaboratively on cases where the parties wish to avoid hotly contested litigation. She was recently recognized for her expertise by being elected to the Board of Collaborative Professionals of Washington.
Brent Thompson is the firm's associate attorney. His practice includes family law, criminal defense, and select personal injury matters. He has represented hundreds of clients including those facing criminal charges such as DUI, assault, domestic violence, drug possession, and various felony offenses.
His practice also emphasizes post-conviction relief including vacation of felony and misdemeanor convictions as well as restoration of firearm rights. Brent is also a gifted legal writer and researcher; his research, writing, and analytical skills have posed major challenges for state and federal prosecutors alike.
Brent's skills and vast knowledge of search and seizure law, the rules of evidence, and criminal procedure have provided the firm with support in cases including first degree murder, complex international drug trafficking conspiracy, armed career criminal and other major felony prosecutions.
