how doyou evict a tenant that never has paid rent and has no claim on your house
My ex-wife moved into my house about 5 years back due to an abusive boyfriend. The house is in my name only. About 2 years after moving in, she stopped working and failed to renew her cosmetology license. Now she doesn't work, doesn't go outside, and does not buy food. She doesn' contribute to any of the utilities as she has no money. I am tired of taking care of her (she is ruining my relationship with my girlfriend) and I need to evict her. Do I need to file paperwork and wait 30 days, She doesn't pay rent, nor util;ities. If I file a eviction order she has threatenend to damage my property.
