The doctor and staff were all very friendly and caring. And honestly throughout my life this is the first positive experience I've had at a Insta care type place. I am on the mend and in good spirits.

The best experience I've ever had at any clinic, hands down. The office is imbecilely clean, the staff treat you with respect and talk to you like a real human being, and the prices for non-insured are reasonable. The nurse was extremely thorough, listened to me, and didn't rush through anything. I wish more health care facilities were run thus smoothly and with such thoughtfulness.

I went in for a simple, albeit severe sore throat and was greeted and treated with kindness. I'm sure a sore throat is the least important thing that happened there all day, but I was not made to feel that way. Thank you for your help, sincerely.

I love scheduling appointments online, getting reminder texts etc. 1 visit is a small sample size, but combining the appointment folks with walk-ins didn't seem to slow me down too much.

Awesome service from the moment I called for an appointment, to actually getting registered and seen by an amazingly knowledgeable nurse practitioner.Best urgent care ever.Thank you guys for an amazing service keep it up to the same standards.

I had a great experience here. The lobby is clean and the receptionist was kind. I got there 30 minutes before my appointment and was seen right away! No long wait times at all! The staff was friendly and caring. They made sure I got the best treatment possible before leaving.

The place is very tidy, organized, and modern. The time it took to finding and setting up the appointment is very efficient. I really appreciated their txt service. The nurses and doctors gave me all the tests that I needed after listening to me symptoms. I feel much better and I had to go twice in a row for two different things.

Had an issue with wrong pricing which was their customer service's fault. The staff figured it out and once they saw I was upset, they were very caring. They rectified the situation and gave great service from the front desk to the nurses and doctors.
