Superfit Foods operates with a 2-day prep system. Cooking and preparing meals on Sunday and Wednesday, then having them available for pick up at multiple convenient pick up locations throughout Jacksonville on Monday and Thursday. The existing pick up locations established are CROME San Jose, CROME Gate Parkway, Jax Nutrition Focus Fitness and Totalbod Sports Nutrition.
Although there are 3 existing plans designed for all walks of life (Lean Down, Sustain, Build Up), Superfit Foods is a fully customizable diet program with a staff that can either apply your existing diet to the system or help create one based on your goals. The meals range from $6.50 to $9, based on how many you need per day and which plan you choose, with an average cost of only $7.25 per meal!
