They helped me close on my first home in December and it was a fabulous experience. They took the time to walk me through the disclosures and explain what all the critical documents meant. They are very knowledgeable and great negotiators as we got the home for under asking. They kept the process moving quickly and we were able to close 2 weeks early in just 17 days!! I would highly recommend this company, they were a true pleasure to work with.
