How many glass of water should someone take in a day to stay hydrated?
Taking enough amount of water in a day is good. But I wonder how many glasses it would take to say enough.
About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men. About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women.
