can a landlord of a business evict a tentent without notice and padlock the door
i was just evicted and i was served by the landlord and not by the sheriff, and the eviction notice was not notarized..and they put a padlock on the door is this legal?

Absolutely not. There is a process of eviction in every state. The procedures do vary from state to state. However, the first step in the procedure is always a letter of notification.
