Who is licensed as State of Florida Mold Assessors in Collier or Lee County?
Florida Law requires mold inspectors/ testers to be licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation effective July 1, 2010. A Home Inspector license does not qualify as a Mold Assessor license. Licensed Mold Assessors are required to have $1 million in liability insurance with errors and omissions insurance for both preliminary and post remediation activities.
