Brazos county property fence line laws in TX.
We have a mare and the neighbors have a stallion.We share the same fence line that we put up ourselves, before they bought their track. Who has the right to turn their horse out on their own property?. We need our grass on our side, but they say we need to move our mare on our own land , so they can have their stud out on theirs. Is this right?
