Why won't my Samsung LCD TV turn on?
Hi, My name is Abby Larson and I own a 27"(I think thats how big) Samsung LCD tv that is only 2 years old, and in great condition, but for some odd reason, it won't turn on suddenly. The red light that shows it's turned off is still lit, so its clearly plugged in, but when you press the button, nothing happens. No weird noises that I've noticed. After trying for about 10 minutes last night, the tv magically turned on itself. It worked the rest of the night, but then this morning, it wouldn't turn on again. Does it need a new power supply? Is there a simple answer to this question? I appreciate your help. You can reach me at larsona@missouri.edu. I just need to know if this is something simple to solve or if I am going to have to buy a new TV, which I sure hope is NOT the case! Thank you! (please disregard the last similar question I sent- it had incorrect location information)
