Okay, frankly speaking I cannot guarantee you that you will remain dry if you are going to stand right up close to the waterfall. You are ought to get somewhat wet.
It is the world’s biggest manmade greenhouse and is visited by lakhs of people all throughout the year. Located on 18 Marina Gardens drive, the structure is truly an architectural marvel. Singapore is a hot country, I mean the weather. People here are figuring out their own ways to cool themselves off. So initially, if you talk about visiting this waterfall which is in a glass dome, it feels like a man-made sweat disaster. However the irony is that, the moment you enter, you feel the need to grab on a jacket. The temperatures inside are naturally kept low to replicate the damp and the cool atmosphere which is present on the tropical mountains. The moment you reach the top of the structure, you will come across the “Lost World” section.

The Lost World consists of a colourful car made up of lilies, orchids and sunflowers. Even if you don’t have a thing for flowers, a visit to this place will surely make you fall in love with them. The structure is made up of enormous panes of glass with huge steel grids and no use of concrete at all. The structure is 35 meters tall and is spread across 8 hectares of land. The temperature is maintained between 23 degrees to 25 degree C. It features plants from South-east Asia and middle and South-America. There are different levels here and each of these levels here have a different theme. It is home to some of the most diverse vegetation’s in the world under one roof. Open from 9AM to 9PM daily, 7 days a week, make sure to visit this place when you are in Singapore.
